John Galliano : 10 000 Euros fine for the designer

After a trial that lasted nearly six hours, the fashion designer John Galliano sentenced to two fines of 5000 euros.

According to the prosecutor in charge of the case, today is considered "racism counter, parking, supermarket". After a hearing longuissime, the prosecutor, after recognizing that the designer was not "an ideologue of racism", has twice ordered to pay a fine of 5000 euros or 10,000 euros.


His lawyer said Mr. Hamel, "John Galliano is sorry to have caused the commotion." According to him, the man in court today "is not the one who was arrested by the police", who had not mastered his remarks during the altercations. After further apology from John Galliano, the 17th Chamber of the Criminal Court of Paris announces that the designer will be his fate court on September 8, before adjourning the hearing.
